OpenGround’s latest release makes it easier to generate typical lab reports that combines charts, text and tables helping you present lab data clearly and consistently. You can now create lab data reports for Particle Size Distribution, Atterberg Limits, Compaction Curves, Index Test vs. Depth plots and so on, equivalent to standard gINT Reports.
This release supports our journey towards becoming the most integrated reporting solution for ground investigation and laboratory data with core capabilities including:
This new capability plays a crucial role in presenting complex lab test data trends to help you quickly interpret soil and rock properties, trends and relationships presented alongside lab results in data tables.
Leverage our configurable template generation engine to create customized and standardized reports for your organizations that include graphs, tables and other visuals to further leverage the flexibility that OpenGround offers in support of different project requirements, reporting standards and client-specific formats.
If your configuration pack version ends in 04 or higher, and it says NAM or US, you should already have everything needed, and can follow the guide below to get started.

Here are some documentation and links to standard chart and tables templates:
If your configuration pack version is before 04, is blank, or has AUS or UK; you will likely need to download the components below to add to your configuration pack.

We’ll continue to expand OpenGround’s capabilities in support of lab workflows like raw lab data entry and results calculations; further streamlining your processes and enabling data-informed decision making between laboratory and engineering teams to improve subsurface understanding.
