An insightful driver reversed a bus that carried several passengers just before a massive landslide struck in Philippines.
The ground failure occurred on November 4, 2018. One of the passengers managed to document the incident (See video below).
Some people, that were panicked, are heard screaming as earth and debris fall down the slope covering the road and rocks hit the roof of the bus. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
In the footage, the bus seams to stay still. It is not clear whether there was traffic behind or the vehicle had been blocked by the debris.
An official report concerning the causes of the landslide has not been issued yet. Clearly, the area has not been significantly affected by the weather unlike many regions in Philippines where slides were recently triggered by heavy rainfalls.
