Two new videos reveal the devastation caused by the magnitude 7.8 Nepal earthquake, that severely affected the country, are provided below. A short video taken during the earthquake shows massive landslides triggered by the seismic activity, while a drone that flew over the affectred areas after the earthquake captures breath taking pictures of the degree of destruction.
The first video is taken during the earthquake and shows massive landslides being triggered along the slopes surrounding an open space. People are trying to protect themselves under the deafening sound of the landslide. Chinese state media reported that the footage was shot in the Gyirong Prefecture, near the Nepal-Tibet borders, very close to the earthquake's epicenter.
The degree of destruction becomes even more pronounced in the following video, shot using a drone, above the hardest hit areas of Nepal.
