A second sinkhole appeared at the Coyote Village Condos in La Habra, California, right next to one formed in January 2019.
Furthermore, the sinkhole appeared around 9 p.m. on Wednesday, March 15, following a winter of extreme rainfall.
According to NBC Los Angeles, the sinkhole is estimated to be at least 30 feet deep and adjacent to the previous one, located over a flood channel behind the condo complex.
It is worth mentioning that the 2019 sinkhole has not been repaired yet, and still remains fenced off.
The 2019 sinkhole occurred after a period of continuous rain and measures roughly 20 by 80 feet in size.
