It is our great pleasure to welcome you to the 2nd International Conference on In Situ Measurement of Soil Properties and Case Histories (INSITU 2026), which will be held in Bali, Indonesia, on September 21-23, 2026.
INSITU 2026 is hosted by Universitas Katolik Parahyangan (UNPAR) under the auspices of TC 102, the International Society for Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering (ISSMGE) and the Indonesian Society for Geotechnical Engineering - Himpunan Ahli Teknik Tanah Indonesia (HATTI).
This event also marks the commemoration of the 25th anniversary of INSITU 2001. The International Conference on In Situ Measurement of Soil Properties and Case Histories (INSITU 2021) held in Bali on May 2124, 2001. The conference brought together leading experts and featured distinguished keynote speakers, including : Tom Lunne, Tuncer B. Edil, L.D. Wesley, Kenji Ishihara, Paul W. Mayne, Peter K. Robertson, and S. Marchetti.
We warmly invite researchers, industry professionals, and policymakers from around the world to participate in this important forum to share insights, exchange experiences, and explore innovations in in situ testing, site characterization, and geotechnical design.
Conference Themes
You are invited to submit extended paper for oral presentation. Extended paper must be original, unpublished work containing new and interesting result that demonstrate current research about Insitu Measurement of Soil Properties and Case Histories.
Submission implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to register and present the extended abstract. All extended abstracts are to be submitted electronically in Word format. All extended abstracts will be peer reviewed by independent referees who are experts in each topic.
We look forward to welcoming you to INSITU 2026.
