A Windows Application for the drawing of Rock Joint planes by using the stereographic projection.
Download DocumentationStereographic projection" is a software application for drawing the plane sections with a (lower) hemisphere. Section is projected to the horizontal plane by using the stereographic projection. By using this software, the visualization of Rock discontinuities and Rock-mass joints is possible. This methodology is often used by Structural Geology and Rock Mechanics. Single joints or joint groups representation is possible. (Single joints may be grouped to one of the 10 groups).
