Description Building using Quick Lists and Advanced Description Builder webinar is a guide to the three different approaches that can be used to create your lithology descriptions within HoleBASE SI. UK users have entered their geology descriptions into a free form text field or entered them using Quicklists. Users who use a description model based more on the ASTM methods are now starting to use the Advanced Description Builder (a Dataforensics Plugin) to automatically build the descriptions from components.

During this webinar Roger Chandler and Scott Deaton will introduce all three of these methods, show how they work and discuss the pros and cons of each method.
