Program derives parameters of hyperbolic type failure envelope.

Program derives parameters of the nonlinear failure envelope from tests as described in EJGE 1996 paper and
also can convert other types like power or log types. The proposed failure envelope has several advantages
as it is applicable for practically all geo-materials, clays, peak and residual, sand, gravel rockfill, rock
discontinuities and rock mass. Various screen graphs, user friendly. Exports HPGL graphics for presentation.
Data base containing 100+ sets from variety of published sources is a part of package.
