Over the past few months Keynetix Ltd. has been testing its full software suite within the new Windows 10 operating system. This testing has revealed a number of issues which has led Keynetix to advise users not to upgrade to Windows 10 at this moment.
Keynetix's recommendation is that users of the following products may delay upgrading to Windows 10 at the current time:
Due to Windows 10 dropping support for Microsoft SQL Server 2008 technology (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2681562), any users who have been running this version as a standalone database for use with HoleBASE SI or KeyLAB 2 will not be able to use their Keynetix software within Windows 10 without first upgrading their database technology to either Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or 2014 (See this link for information on how to find out which version of SQL Server is installed). In case you may need any further assistance, you can contact technical support for guidance on this issue.
