Damaged pipe causes sinkhole in the middle of the street in Thailand

A sinkhole was caught on video forming outside a café in the Chiang Rai province of Northern Thailand, on May 23.

The sinkhole is seen forming as water is flowing out of it, while officials stated that the cause of collapse was a leak from a pipe that weakened the section of the road.

Furthermore, as newsflare.com states, the road was cordoned off soon after the event due to safety concerns and repair preparations.
