The Geo community now has its own discord server!

We are pleased to announce the launch of the Geoengineer.org discord server, a service where Geotechnical Engineers from all over the world will be able to message or voice chat with each other, among many other things!

Our server includes channels dedicated to:

• Real-time communication between Geo-professionals
• Catching up with the latest Geo-news, or sharing yours
• A GeoWorld Q&A forum
• Geology and Geography games
• Job offers and job requests

In order to join our server, you need to:

First create an account and download the discord app from www.discord.com or use the browser version.

1. Click on the “+” icon on the left column
2. Click on “Join a Server”
3. Paste our server’s invitation URL https://discord.gg/jbAAwMzV7e
4. And finally, click “Join”.

After your request, make sure to read the server rules and shortly after, one of our mods will accept your join request.

This new service aims to bringing closer the worldwide geotechnical community through worldwide communication and content sharing and we hope you enjoy it!
