Sesame Street's Super Grover 2.0 is Grover's second superhero identity, an upgrade to his popular Super Grover character. Super Grover 2.0 uses his superpowers of investigating, observing and reporting to solve problems and help others.
In an episode titled "The Lost Ring" Supergrover helps an-about-to-get-engaged couple of clam and starfish to find a ring that is lost in a beach sand. During the video, kids learn that "sand is made up of tiny pieces of rock or shell" and that a "Sifter is a tool that separates small and large pieces." Super Grover finds the ring using a spaghetti strainer as a sift.
