The 50-foot tall drilling rig, used to place concrete pylons in a construction site in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, toppled and struck a neighboring parking garage, last week.
The rig stopped on the second floor causing concrete and window damage without any injuries. The main reason of the incident hasn’t been determined yet. Officials though investigate three factors including the high speed of the winds up to 30 miles an hour, the human error and the ground surface located near the beach.
