Michael is a vice president of GRL and branch manager of its Ohio and Pennsylvania branch offices. Michael has been with GRL for 27 years specializing in dynamic testing of deep foundations. Michael has authored several papers on the subject of dynamic testing and is one of only a few foundation testers worldwide who achieved "expert" ranking on the PDCA/PDI Dynamic Measurement and Analysis Proficiency Test. Michael is a registered P.E. in seven states and is actively involved with PDCA.
