Charleston Ground Improvement Seminar
Charleston Ground improvement seminar will focus on ground improvement techniques applicable to the Low Country, that can:
- Reduce static and/or liquefaction-induced settlement
- Eliminate deep foundations
- Increase allowable bearing pressure
- Allow construction adjacent to existing structures
Hayward Baker will present the advantages and limitations of each technique and also provide guidance on what to look out for in specifying and procuring geotechnical construction, both from the General Contractor’s and the Architect/Engineer’s perspective.
They will give away two RTIC© 20 coolers and also PDH Credits will be provided. The event is provided at no cost
