On behalf of the Anura3D MPM Research Community, we warmly invite you to participate in the 3rd International Conference on the Material Point Method, to be held on March 24 to 25, 2021 in Hamburg, Germany. The conference is co-hosted by Hamburg University of Technology and will be located on its campus.
The theme of the conference is the modelling of large deformation and soil-water-interaction, both posing major challenges in the current advances in the field. For the third consecutive year, the conference offers a unique combination of talks, discussions, and networking panels; thus providing numerous opportunities for valuable scientific encounters.
The city's unique cosmopolitan flair makes Hamburg an attractive destination. Germany’s largest seaport and the UNESCO world heritage site Speicherstadt are both located in the immediate vicinity to the city centre and provide an impressive scenery for your stay.
We are looking forward to welcoming you to Hamburg in March 2021.
