Subsurface Connected Workflow With Seequent

Seequent, the Bentley Subsurface company, is conducting a free 3-day workshop on the connected subsurface workflow from geotechnical data collection to numerical analysis, using software from Seequent's diverse portfolio. The demonstrated workflow will include OpenGround, Leapfrog Works, CENTRAL, GeoStudio, and PLAXIS.

This instructor-led workshop will be focused on demonstrating the digital journey of geotechnical data from a data storage and data management platform to geotechnical design in an analysis environment.

What will the webinar entail?

• Attendees will receive hands-on training on the following:
• Using OpenGround for managing ground investigation data
• Importing borehole data into Leapfrog Works from OpenGround
• Visualisation of ground investigation data and creation of geological model in Leapfrog Works
• Publishing geological models to CENTRAL for sharing and version control
• Importing geometry and geological models into GeoStudio using CENTRAL for undertaking 2D&3D numerical analyses
• Importing cross-sections into PLAXIS for conducting stress-strain analysis
• Engaging Q&A with product experts

What should I have?

• Please have your own laptop with the latest version of all the software installed, as mentioned in this workflow, as well as a mouse and charger.
• Prior to your course, you will be contacted via email with instructions for accessing the respective subscriptions of the software for the duration of your training, along with resources to download

This course is suitable for

• New users who would like a preliminary understanding of the basics of the subsurface connected workflow before getting started
• Current users who do not use the entire Seequent portfolio, but feel they need a better understanding of what it can do for them
