The 2025 Shamsher Prakash Lecture will be delivered by John McCartney of the University of California, San Diego at Geotechnical Frontiers 2025 in Louisville, KY on March 3, 2025. This award and lecture is established to honor Shamsher Prakash, Ph.D., P.E., D.GE, Dist.M.ASCE for his contributions to geotechnical engineering and soil dynamics.
