 GRL performed a bi-directional static load test ("BDSLT") and provided Thermal Integrity Profiling (TIP) during the reconstruction of Russell Street Bridge in Missoula.

Pile Dynamics is pleased to announce its latest publication, presented in the 39th Annual Conference on Deep Foundations, Atlanta, Georgia last October! The paper is entitled "Using Thermal Integrity Profiling to Evaluate the Structural Integrity of Soil Nails" and was written by George Piscsalko, P.E., of Pile Dynamics Inc. and Camilo Alvarez, P.E., of GRL Engineers Inc. in collaboration with Marcus Galvan, P.E., from the Texas Department of Transportation.

The American Society of Civil Engineers, ASCE, announced on July 24th the Thermal Integrity Profiler (TIP) as the 2015 winner of the Charles Pankow Award for Innovation. This Award celebrates collaboration in innovative design, materials, or construction-related research and development transferred into practice in a sustainable manner. The Award also rewards innovative approaches that help achieve at least one of the National Construction Technology Goals. The Award will be presented in March of 2015.
