Scientific and Expert Conference GEO-EXPO 2020 CANCELLED

GEO-EXPO 2020 will be held on 22nd - 23rd October 2020 at the Hotel Prijedor. The aim is to bring together geo-experts, professionals and researchers from the countries in the Adriatic-Balkan region and world-wide, concerned with underground engineering, mining, civil engineering, geology, landslides, geotechnics, infrastructure, environmental engineering, hazard and risks.

Symposium Themes

The GEO-EXPO 2020 is an opportunity for the scientists, engineers and professionals to present papers and case studies related to:

• underground structures,
• mining,
• civil and environmental engineering,
• landslides in general,
• geotechnical investigation and monitoring,
• geotechnical hazard and risk,
• infrastructure,
• foundations,
• landfills

The official languages of the GEO-EXPO 2020 are Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian and English. Simultaneous translation to/from English will be provided.

Abstract and Full Paper Submission

All conference participants are invited to submit abstract and the full paper, to be peer-reviewed and published in the GEO-EXPO 2020 proceedings.

Instructions for the preparation of abstract and full paper (6-10 pages) will be sent to authors after registration by e-mail and also available on the Society’s website.

Registration Fees

The registration fee for participants is 120 EUR (240 BAM) except for the members of the Geotechnical Society of Bosnia and Herzegovina for whom it is 80 EUR (160 BAM with the annual membership included). The registration fee includes symposium proceedings, cocktail refreshments and lunch & dinner meals.
