SoilClass is not a mere sieve analysis software, rather it is a true soil classification and
identification including the prediction of engineering soil parameters based on published
relations as well as internally developed correlations based on a 20 yrs worth of soil data
from three different countries. Predicted parameters include: cohesion, friction angle, unit
weight, consolidation coefficient, permeability, filter requirements, in addition to classification
in accordance to USCS and AASHTO, plus a narrative description of the soil suitability for
foundation, base course material, requirement for compaction etc..
Able to process a single sample or batch processing of hundreds of samples
