PConcrete - A complete concrete test data management system that empowers you to efficiently manage
project data, work orders, cylinder molding and break scheduling.
A concrete data management system for laboratory and field. The field application is a mobile digital recording
system for concrete data.
The PC management tool allows office personnel to configure project information including mix specification
data in a central location. This ensures you always have access to the most current and accurate project data
in the office or in the field. You can also create work orders and specify which projects are assigned to specific
personnel and download project specifications to personnel PDA’s.
Once in the field, you can easily enter field test results such as slump, unit weight, temperature, air content,
and much more onto the smart forms on the PDA. PConcrete determines if a test passes or fails based on the
project mix specification.
After uploading test data from the PDA, break dates for all cylinders in the database are automatically tracked
by the system. You can view your break schedule for today or you can gauge your future workload by viewing
all cylinders yet to be broken or even view all cylinders you have already broken.
