Three Amazing Infrastructure Projects in Southeast Asia

Of the top seven countries that produce the most STEM graduates, there is only one that is not located in continental Asia.

The Eastern Hemisphere is a powerhouse for engineering, manufacturing, and construction – so it’s no surprise that some of the world’s most innovative and impressive infrastructure projects reside on this side of the globe. Since Bentley started the Be Inspired Awards Program in 2004, more than 2,500 of the world’s most outstanding infrastructure projects have been celebrated. This year alone, we’ve had more submissions than ever before, including an unprecedented number from Southeast Asia:

  • 250+ Be Inspired Award submissions from the Asia-Pacific Region
  • 235 Be Inspired Award submitters from the Asia-Pacific Region
  • 14 Be Inspired Award submitter countries from the Asia-Pacific Region

Here is a few impressive projects that stood out in the region over the past three years:

  •  Mapping Singapore in 3D
  • Marikina North Project
