2008 Geotechnical Photo Contest: Send photos and win books!
    A special Announcement
    November 2008

    Greetings

last year, Geoengineer.org announced the "Geoengineer.org Photo Gallery". We also established the 2007 Photo Contest Competition and we invited you to send us photos and win prizes. Your photo submissions resulted in a collection of more than 440 photos making our gallery probably the largest collection of geo-photos online.

The response to the "2007 Geoengineer.org Photo Contest" was so enthusiastic that we are now pleased to extend the contest to this year. Similarly to last year, we invite you to send us photos for inclusion in our database and win geotechnical books!

Below you will find the instructions on how you can participate to the contest and a list of the geotechnical books you could win.

We are looking forward to your photos!

On behalf of the Geoengineer.org team,

    Dimitrios Zekkos, Ph.D., P.E.

    Managing Director of Geoengineer.org
    Assistant Professor, Geotechnical Group.
Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering
The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor
