    We are very glad to release the latest update of our Educational Websites database and the Virtual Geoengineer. Because of the very large increase in our number of visitors and the content of our databases, Geoengineer.org moved to a new, faster server.

    Strata: 1D Site Response Analysis. Input motions may be specified using time series or the random vibration theory (RVT) approach. Site properties (i.e., shear wave velocity, modulus reduction and damping curves) and layering may be randomized via Monte Carlo simulations.

    The Educational Geo-websites is a collection of educational websites that intend to teach/educate students and practitioners on specific subjects of the geoengineering field. The collection includes 129 resources in 13 categories and 73 creators .

    Virtual Geoengineer

    As part of our rennovation efforts, the Geoengieer.org is pleased to announce that the Virtual Geoengineer Section is now full serachable.

    With this feature, Geoengineer.org is able to expose its collection to users in an more comprehensive manner. Searches are faster and easier to execute and information resources are more readily available.

    The Virtual Geoengineer intends to briefly present specific topics in geoengineering practice through photos, maps, diagrams and videos using also accompanying texts. Currently the Virtual Geoengineer Section includes 61 documents in 16 categories.
