    Geoengineer.org Newsletter Issue #53
A monthly publication of Geoengineer.org website
    May 2009

    Greetings

This is the 53rd issue of the Geoengineer.org Newsletter, bringing you, as always, new, unique resources.

In the Online Library Section of our website many more publications have been added, including some additional EPRI (Electric Power Research Institute) research reports. Also, don't forget to take a look at our Photo Gallery too. The gallery has now 705 unique and very interesting photos. We invite you to send photos for our gallery before July 15th and participate in the 2008-2009 Geo-photo competition. You could win geotechnical books.

Last week we also launched our new Geoengineer.org Homepage! Our main page has a new layout, and its content is refreshed real-time. We hope you like it!

A few additional activities and resources that we hope you will find interesting are underway and will be announced in coming weeks.

We also invite you to consider becoming a donor, or have your company become a sponsor of Geoengineer.org. Your support is needed and will allow us to keep our content freely accessible to everybody. Contact us for more information.

    Till next month

    Dimitrios Zekkos, Ph.D., P.E.

    Managing Director of Geoengineer.org
    Assistant Professor, Geotechnical Group.
Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering
The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor
