Editorial

Ever since I founded the Geoengineer website, I have been receiving many requests for information on various topics of  geotechnical earthquake engineering. This "need" resulted eventually in the founding of GEEP, the Geotechnical Earthquake Engineering Portal. This session of the Geoengineer website aims to link the most current information available on the internet by earthquake research institutes, universities and companies around the world. This issue of the Geoengineer newsletter provides a listing of the current content of GEEP. Those of you who are aware of more useful information out there you are more than welcome to contact me. The information provided is divided into some major areas in geotechnical earthquake engineering. Within its area, the information is further classified according to the type of the resource (book, photo, data etc.).  The GEEP is available at:

I would like also to acknowledge the support of our sponsor, GEOCOMP Inc. Their support helps the development of this website. Please take the time to visit the company's interesting website from our main page.
