International Journal of Geotechnical Engineering
Editor-in-chief: Braja M. Das

The International Journal of Geotechnical Engineering is a quarterly
publication of peer-reviewed original papers, technical notes, and book
reviews by international scholars covering all topics of geotechnical
engineering. The aim of the Journal is to provide high quality papers on
recent research and developments that will be important contributions to
the literature and to the profession.
Papers from all areas of geotechnical engineering are invited, and practical
applications of geotechnical engineering research are particularly of
interest. All the papers in the Journal have been refereed by the
Editor-in-Chief and anonymous peer reviewers.
The following topics will be covered:
* foundations
* retaining structures
* soil dynamics
* engineering behavior of soil and rock
* site characterization
* slope stability
* dams
* rock engineering
* earthquake engineering
* environmental geotechnics
* geosynthetics
* computer modeling
* groundwater monitoring and restoration
* coastal and geotechnical ocean engineering
