Organizational Collaborations
The Mission of the Geoengineer.org Website is the advancement of International Geoengineering Practice and Research. To that end, Geoengineer.org collaborates with various Organizations that share the same vision and achieve specific tasks/goals.

Geoengineer.org believes that through these collaborations, the Profession will advance and serve the society better. Geoengineer.org is open to all proposals from Organizations or Companies that can benefit the Profession.

Currently,
Geoengineer.org collaborates with various Organizations in the following activities:
  • Since November 2009, Geoengineer.org is supporting all ADSC-IAFD events as a Cooperating Organization.

  • Geoengineer.org collaborates with the International Society for Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering  (ISSMGE) in the publication of the International Journal of Geoengineering Case Histories (IJGCH).

  • In collaboration with the USUCGER, Geoengineer.org has established the largest Geoengineering Photo Gallery. The database currently includes more than 750 photos in 30 main categories and the content is constantly increasing.

  • Geoengineer.org has become an Organizational Partner of the Geo-Engineering Earthquake Reconnaissance (GEER). Through this collaboration Geoengineer.org will support GEER's Activities. GEER among other goals, also seeks to establish a system that formalizes the manner in which post-earthquake reconnaissance efforts are organized by the GeoPrograms of NSF. GEER will also encourage the publication of the geotechnical earthquake reconnaissance reports in the International Journal of Geoengineering Case Histories (IJGCH).

  • Since March 2009, Geoengineer.org is supporting all DFI events as a Cooperating Organization.

  • Geoengineer.org is collaborating with the Geoenvironmental Committee of the Geo-Institute of ASCE to establish an online gallery in Geoenvironmental Engineering.
